This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, digital 3D model files, downloadable files, and Commercial License memberships sold by Mellow Mesh through our website or any other platform where this policy is displayed.

By purchasing, downloading, subscribing to, or accessing any Mellow Mesh digital files, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products

Mellow Mesh sells digital products only. No physical item will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the digital files has been granted, or once any files have been downloaded.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. STL files.
  2. 3MF files.
  3. ZIP files.
  4. Project files.
  5. Instructions.
  6. Commercial license access.
  7. Any other downloadable digital materials.

Because digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical products, we do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong file, no longer need the file, or decided not to use it.

2. Commercial License Membership

The Mellow Mesh Commercial License membership is a recurring subscription that grants commercial selling rights only while your membership is active.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges, but it does not provide a refund, partial refund, or prorated refund for the current billing period.

Unless your access is terminated due to a violation of our Terms, your Commercial License membership will generally remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

If your membership payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or canceled due to a payment issue, your commercial selling rights will end immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Mellow Mesh does not provide refunds for:

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Accidental purchase after file access has been granted.
  3. Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.
  4. Lack of printer compatibility.
  5. Failed prints.
  6. Slicer issues.
  7. Material or filament issues.
  8. Printer setting problems.
  9. Scaling or sizing mistakes.
  10. Dissatisfaction with print results.
  11. Not having the required software, printer, tools, or materials.
  12. Marketplace restrictions or inability to sell your printed products.
  13. Violation of our Terms of Use or License Terms.

You are responsible for checking the product description, file format, size, recommended print settings, and license terms before purchasing.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as:

  1. Duplicate charges.
  2. Accidental multiple payments for the same product or membership period.
  3. Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased files and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  4. Incorrect charges caused by a system or billing error.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

We may ask for your order number, email address, payment receipt, screenshots, or other information needed to review your request.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience a download problem, missing file, corrupted file, or access issue, please contact us first.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the files, resend the download link, or provide a corrected file when appropriate.

A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund if the issue can be resolved.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or similar action, your access to Mellow Mesh files and any Commercial License rights may be suspended or terminated.

If a payment is reversed or refunded, you must immediately stop using the files commercially, remove any active listings using Mellow Mesh designs, and stop selling physical prints made from Mellow Mesh designs.

7. Third-Party Platforms

If you purchase Mellow Mesh products through a third-party platform such as Thangs, PayPal, Stripe, or another marketplace, your refund request may also be subject to that platform’s own policies and procedures.

Where a third-party platform controls the payment, refund processing may need to be handled through that platform.

8. Consumer Protection Laws

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where required by law, we will comply with mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
